We have just recently updated our CRM from 2011 to CRM 2015. There were a lot of small bugs to fix and settings to find but we got the system mostly running!
Our current issue: We have a user (one); when this user is viewing anaccount record in CRM 2015, she CANNOT see the quotes and orders associated to the account (the buttons/tiles/entity)do not show up on the top ribbon.
- We have checked the user permissions (exact same as the rest of her department, they can all see the tile fine)
- We removed and re-added the user permissions
- We tried to login as the same user on a DIFFERENT computer
All the steps listed above we have tried with no obvious cause of the problem...no errors are thrown on the server or client side.
We suspect its something to do with the user's account but with no clear steps to follow we are at a loss...
We attempted to perform a CRM 2015 trace but it seems there is some miss-direction in regards to this, the new tracing option is suppose to be in the CRM UI under settings. I believe we are on Update 1.
If anyone can provide some assistance, links or details that may help us with this scenario.
