We are using Microsoft dynamics CRM, for our duty works through VDI (Virtual desktops) for all the users. The issue is 80% of the users could able to open Microsoft Dynamic CRM properly without any issues. But some of the users when they logging to Microsoft Dynamics CRM the page not showing all the content only the above ribbon. Before we used CRM all the users was working fine, but we upgraded to TCRM and now we faced this problem. I have testes in one of the corrupted user machine and logged by his name I couldn't see all the content via IIS. But inside the same computer I logged by my user name I have administrator privilege it is working fine. This is mean the problem with the user profile not the machine IIS or any other software. What I did when I removed his profile it is working but when I logoff and login three times the same error coming. Please see below snapshots
