I recently upgraded from CRM 2011 on-premise to 2016. My opportunity form has this aggravating business process in the middle of the screen that I cannot figure out how to eliminate as we have no use for it. I can minimize some of this each
time I open the form, but the banner remains (Qualify-Develop-Propose-Close). Anyone know how to totally eliminate this? I've deactivated etc. but still shows up.
