I’m trying to get into Sure Step via the online portal: https://mbs2.microsoft.com/Surestep/default.aspx. When I do, I get the following error: “The Credentials that you have entered are not associated with a CustomerSource or PartnerSource Profile”. My account is associated with Harvest Food Solutions partner account and my work colleagues appear to have access, but we can’t figure out why I don’t. How do I get passed the error message?
