is it possible to configure the CRM server in a way, that when a user 1 for example, add an activity 1, any activity, not email per se. this activity is associated with account 1 and account 1 is assigned to team 1, is it possible to configure CRM so that when this activity 1 is added, every member of the team 1 gets an email automatically generated with the details of this task.
