Importing Case records

Hi,

this article seems to imply that source files we wish to import into CRM may contain Status and Status Reason columns. When I go to the Case entity and download the template to use as an Import file it contains the Status Reason column. It does not contain the Status column.

Is there any way I can simply use the template, add in a column for Status, assign appropriate values for each cell in the column and import it into CRM please?
