Hi,
I'm having a bit of an isuse with the email router (NO REALLY???!!!) in CRM 2011. We have a queue polling an exchange box and another email box that is set to forward emails to the queue box however none of the forwarded emails enters CRM. Is this a standard behaviour of the email router, not to process forwarded emails to CRM or is it something that should work?
