Enable Or Disable Activate and Deactivate Button in CRM 2016

Hi All,

I Got a new Requirement for Enabling and Disabling Button in MSCRM.

1. if User Logged in and Opened Advance Find--> Contact --> Result.

             if user Selects Multiple Record and in thatany one of the Record is already inactive i need to disable Deactivate button.

Could any one please help me out here to overcome.
