How to solve problem with "Assembly must be registered in isolation", when the assembly is set to isolation? (VS15, D365 on-premises and Custom Workflows)

Hi!

While I'm trying to deploy my customized workflow to our on-premise D365, it keeps popping up this error: "Assembly must be registered in isolation". Yet when I checked out it with my colleagues, they said the isolation mode set correctly in the RegisterFile.crmregister and mentioned that the CRM SDK does that some times. Is there any other way around to fix this?

I got Visual Studio 2015 Update 3, CRM SDK is 8.2 and D365 on-premises is 8.2.0.749.
