[CRM 2015] Retrieve data from PrincipalObjectAccess using odata json or Javascript ?

Hi All

 Is that possible to retrieve data from PrincipalObjectAccess by odata json or Javascript.?

or Does it exist any other way to retrieve data from this table?I need this data in the CRM Form
