CRM 2016 OnPremise and SharePoint 2016 OnPremise integration Request Error : "The server encountered an error processing the request. See server logs for more details"

Hi,

I am configuring CRM 2016 SharePoint On Premise Server based authentication. 

I am getting request error when I am trying to access 

http://<CRM Server>/XrmServices/2015/metadataendpoint.svc/json?orgName=OrganationName

But I am able to access web service. which is http://<CRM Server>/XrmServices/2015/metadataendpoint.svc

Any suggestion got this error before? any suggestion how to resolve this?
