On-premise CRM 2015 to CRM 2016 upgrade issue

Hi,

We have recently upgraded our on-premise CRM 2015 to CRM 2016 using in-place upgrade but we have issues with Form rendering.

Issue 1:

Form tabs are working in opposite directions. Means, when we try to collapse the tab at that time it is Expanding and when we try to expand the Tabs at that time tabs are collapsing.

You can see below screen shot tab which is showing expanded but it symbol is showing collapse.

Issue 2:

When we open any form we getting highlighted with rectangular box on the Notes and Activities section.

Note: We have installed updated Rollup.

Can anyone have idea on this issue and resolution to resolve it.
