Good Afternoon Everyone,
We have an Account form that displays useful information about customer, one of which is a subgrid that lists all of the customers Active Contracts. The subgrid contains all the useful stuff, such as the search the associated records view, but also the '+' add new record button.
On some of the subgrids this is useful, Opportunities as an example, but in our business process contracts should not be created without following the proper process and creating them from the Account would circumvent that.
Is it possible to remove the '+' without removing the users permission to create the record generally?
