maintain two fiscal year in MS Dynamics NAV 2013 R2

Dear Sir/Madam,

In our organisation we have to maintain two fiscal year. One for our head office i.e Jan-Dec, calendar year and other is as per India Govt. rules Apr-Mar. Pl. help me how to maintain these two years in one database. Please note that 98 % transactions are common for both, only some closing related transactions are different.
