We have the Connector for Microsoft Dynamics version (3.4.304.1) setup between CRM Online and GP.
All of the maps are working except the Order to Sales Order map. (CRM order being created and submitted to GP Sales Order)When we create an order in CRM and select a ship to address that is different from the Default Ship To Address that is listed for that customer in GP because the product should be shipped to a different address. NOTE: The ship to Address we select does exist in GP, it got correctly synchronized from GP to CRM.
The order correctly gets created in GP when we hit submit.
But the Ship To Address even though it maps all of the ship to address fields doe snot get set in GP. Once any user opens the order within GP it automatically shows the customers default ship to address. it does not show them the other selected Ship To Address. Then even if they do not change anything in GP the order sends back an update of the order to CRM which overwrites the selected Ship To address within CRm with the default customers Ship To address from GP.
How can I map the Ship To And Bill To Address so they are used from the CRM order into the GP Sales Order. NOTE: All Addresses that exist in CRM are created from GP Addresses so all addresses being used on the Orders are addresses that are synchronized with GP Addresses.
