As the subject says. Server-side synchronization by itself works fine for us, but emails that were sent over CRM UI are not synchronized to the users sent folder. We have configured outgoing email settings for each user to use Server-side synchronization or E-Mail router but in fact this settings seems not have any influence. We know that there is an option in the Exchange API whether the sent email should be placed in the sent folder of the users mailbox or not. You either use EmailMessage.Send() or EmailMessage.SendAndSaveCopy().
Is there a way to influence which of these methods is used in CRM when emails are sent?
