We are having the problem where our users are unable to track appointments that are initiated by other users but no problems tracking appointments created by one self. (Error is : You can´t track an appointment that was created by another user)
I have tried giving users the system admin security role but it makes no difference, in some cases this issue was fixed atlest temporarily by completely removing the CRM client from outlook and manually removing all files and registry entries associated with the CRM Plugin.
We are using CRM Online 2105 Update (7.1.1.4456)(DB 7.1.1.4456)and CRM outlook plugin 2015 (7.1.1.3113) and Office 2013 (32b) on a windows 8.1 (64b).
There are variations in our setup some have older OS and office.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
