Dynamics CRM 2015 Install Error

Hello All,

This is my first posting so if I'm missing some information please let me know what you need.

Everything is passing the checks during the initial install configuration.  Once it starts to install it gets close to half way, and then I receive the error of "Microsoft.Crm.Setup.Server.AddAspNetServiceAccountToPrivilegedUserGroupAction failed.", and then it rolls back.

A little back story...  It was working, SQL admin accidently deleted a CRM account, I tried reinstalling CRM, ended up removing the install, and now I'm facing this issue.

Server OS Windows 2012 R2 Standard, CRM 2015.
