Hopefully someone can help me out with getting the new Server Side Synchronization feature in CRM 2013 configured and working properly. I've tried a number configuration but all of them have failed with one of the messages shown below. Looking at trace logs has resulted in head banging as no detail is provided for the 'unknown' error that's being thrown. Has anyone else encountered issues with configuring the Server Side sync for Outlook.com or Gmail? If so, were you able to find detailed trace information and/or resolve the issue(s).
