We currently are using CRM Online with an on-premise version of Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 with the client add-in. We are considering switching to Exchange 365 online and I was wondering if we will get the same functionality.
The two most important features are set regarding and the updating of the calendars when appointments are set.
I read one post that was a year old that said you have to have a third party application to sync emails and calendars.
