Hi,
We imported our CRM 2015 organization into CRM 2016. None of the grids, forms, form editor etc. have any menus, making CRM unusable.
We did open a case with MS support 3 weeks ago, but we have not had a resolution yet.
It was suggested that one of our customizations could be triggering this. We did try to import our organization with an empty sitemap, no ribbons customizations, and with all empty Web Resources, but it is still failing.
Did someone run into the same issue and did you find a workaround?
