An error occurred while importing a Solution - 0x80048033 - Unable to retrieve security descriptor for this frame.

HI,

I have created an organization from production database and trying to install managed solution on to it, getting the error below. The same managed solution is installed successfully on vanilla organization. I am using CRM 2011 and rollup is 15.

An error occurred while importing a Solution - 0x80048033 - Unable to retrieve security descriptor for this frame.

Error occurred on the component - Workflows.

Please let me know if any inputs on resolving the error.
