Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Import / Export Taking Long time process

Hi Experts ,

currently i am facing an issue with solution import and export.

for solution Import and export process it takes huge amount of time. 

i have checked my solution size itz just around 2 mb size.

i have tried with restart IIS and CRM Service. But still the issue is not get fixed. 

i have tried with bellow link too but no results in finding actual root cause.

Can you plz suggest what or the things currently i am missing or any other thing still  i need to check from my side.
