/adfs/services/trust/mex 503 http

Hi,

We have configured IFD Deployment on our CRM Servers. The organization is working fine.

However, when I use Iorganizationservice class in my code, I receive the error:The authentication endpoint was not found on the configured secure token service.

Also, on looking in Fiddler i found out that the URL: https://adfs.ncs.gov.in/adfs/services/trust/mex gave error HTTP 503.

Note: We have CRM 2013, ADFS 3.0 on Windows Server 2012 R2.
