Back in CRM 2013 people were having an issue where they could not view the document time on an entity that was enabled for document management. Now I have a client with an upgraded online org from 2013 to 2015.Server-to-server integration with SharePoint has been enabled.
The site has been validated and activated. The folders have been created in the site. But only the case entity can perform document management.
Seems at one time the List component was used in the old version. Share Point is functional for the client now, but the Account or lead or contact entities can not use Document management. The org has not been upgraded to the spring update.
I'm looking for somewhere to troubleshoot this. Anyone encounter this issue?
