Delay in Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1 Organization Create

Facing delay in organization create ,It's taking almost 35-40 mints, It's a multi server deployment, Memory management and Configuration of virtual servers are good, don't see any pointer of CPU or disk busy during create. In tracing found that some of the activity taking long time for example below:
