CRM 2015 on-premises and Dynamics Marketing connector - Azure?

Hi All,

I'm using an on-premise version of CRM 2015 and have a trial for Dynamics Marketing.  I understand that for the 2 to communicate I also need Azure, can someone point me to what service plan I need to go for?  Also, some documentation or hints on how to make them interact correctly.
