Import Users from CRM 2011 (On Premise) to 2013 (On Premise)

Hi Everyone,

I've deployed a new CRM2013 test environment, but want to migrate/import all of the users from my previous 2011 environment. Is there a migration tool available for this? how have you managed this task?
