We have the following configuration
1. CRM 2013 SP1 OnPremise.
2. Lotus notes pop3 mail box.
3. Server side sync set up.
4. Both the Web Server and SQL Server in AEST timezone.
5. Forward mail box created to read emails from the pop3 mail box and assign the activities to a queue.
The issue is that Email activities are created ONLY when I click "Test and Enable Mailboxes" button from the Email server profile or from the actual email boxes. They are not automatically getting created.
I wait over night for email to appear and then when I click on the test and enable again, the pending emails gets processed from the mail box and appear as email activities again. I have checked, the async job is running, data encryption key is added.
Any help would be much appreciated.
