can not use ip address to access dynamics crm page

Hi All,

I can't use ip address in url to access or call my crm page from client computer browser, instead of use computer name.

these are my troubleshoot steps:

1. ping from client computer to crm application server with ip address (OK)

2. turn off all windows firewall (domain network, home or work, public network)

please advise.
