Hi,
I'm trying to install CRM 2013 on a WS 2008R2 with an SQL Server 2008R2 db server also running WS 2008R2. The WS are on SP1 and the SQL server SP2 so all pre reqs are in place.
Now, I get an error on the validation step and that is that the SQL Server is unavailable. That's the only error, same thing in the logs. On the SQL server I get an application log error saying that the "test_MSCRM.mdb" can't be opened error 15105.
I've been searching for this error and all the solutions I've found has failed. Chris Cognetta had this issue with a Server Service that was not started, which it is here. There are threads on this forum with earlier versions of CRM where the model db is too large but the model db is only 2MB.
I have also tried to create the dbs manually which gives an error in the validation saying that the db is already in place (yeah right not responding...)
Has anyone had this issue and found a resolution?
