CRM and SharePoint Site Collection Limits

Hi,

We are using CRM 2013 and I want to turn on the SharePoint to store documents related to entities in CRM.

How does CRM handle the size limits of a site collection?  As I understand it, SharePoint has a 200GB size limit on the size of a total site collection.

If I create multiple site collections for CRM to use in SharePoint (i.e., multiple target locations), what happens when the site collection gets full?  Does CRM gracefully fallover to the next collection?  Or is this a manual process?
