Report Server E-mail

I need to auto-generate reports and send them out via email. For that I have created a snapshot for the report in CRM. I then did go to the report server and setup a subscription that sends out the report. However, I am getting the error

"Failure sending mail: The server rejected the sender address. The server response was 530 5.7.1 Client was not authenticated Mail will not be resent"

I think the issue is that the report server service account does not have SendAs permission on the account specified as the sender. I know how to give such access from one Office365 Exchange account to another Office365 Exchange account. However, the report server service account is just a user in our Active Directory (we use CRM on-premises). How do I give this AD account SendAs permission to an Office365 Exchange account?

Also the smtp settings for Office365 seems to use port 587 but the Reporting Services Configuration Manager does not let me specify the port. Is it ok to just leave it as is or do I have to go into the configuration file and manually set the port?
