Hi,
We have recently upgraded from Dynamics CRM 2011 Server to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 server with no issues.
Our client machines have Outlook 2010 32-bit installed. I was trying to install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 client for office outlook. The installation completed successfully. I used the Configuration Wizard to configure CRM organization however, when I click on the CRM folder within Outlook, it would error out with the following message:
"The set of folders cannot be opened. To use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Outlook, your administrator must upgrade your organization to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 Server. Or you can uninstall Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 for Outlook and install Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Outlook."
I am unable to find any support regarding this on the internet. Has anyone else been through this and out? Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Gagandeep Singh
