Organization Import of CRM 4.0 database on CRM 2013 Vanila version

Hi,

We have Dynamics CRM 4.0 working in our organization. We have created one another server on which we have installed Dynamics CRM 2013 vanilla version.

Now I am thinking to do following steps to upgrade it to CRM 2013:

1) Take backup of CRM 4.0 database and replace database of CRM 2013 vanilla version with CRM 4.0 database.

2) Delete existing organization (as we need same name) from CRM 2013 deployment manager and run import organization which will point to CRM 4.0 database we have restored.

Anyone have tried with this?
