Hi!
We are using MS CRM 2013 On-premise and SharePoint 2013. During testing, we have encountered an issue in editing document location.
Action:
1. Select a record(Account) in CRM
2. Locate the Document menu
3. Edit the location of the item under Document
Result:
The system only creates the folder on the new location but the contents(documents/files) were not placed on the new location. And the old location no longer have the documents neither.
In SharePoint, the documents are still available on the old location but not on the new location.
Has anyone encountered this behavior?
