All emails we send are stuck in "sending" status for up to a day or more. When I go to event viewer I see
* 27938 & 26234: An error occurred while checking for e-mail messages to process in mailbox .... Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.EmailException: Error: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed
* 35241: The recipients for the e-mail message with subject .... in mailbox .... did not match any known records
The interesting thing is that the 35241 warnings refer to emails that are many months old. I start wondering if there is some backlog in processing emails and that's why the system is too busy to send out the emails. If so is there a way to tell the system not to check emails before a certain date? I would assume this is something that everybody faces when they first deploy the email router.
