Error while creating a new organization or renaming the existing organization through deployment manager.

While creating new organization or renaming existing organization, we are facing below error. 

"Setup failed to validate specified Reporting Services Report Server http://database/ReportServer. Error: Error occurred while finding an item on the report server.
The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.
Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

And I am able to open "http://database/ReportServer" report server url on browser perfectly.

Error log in Event Viewer:

"Web service request FindItems to Report Server http://database/ReportServer/ReportService2005.asmx failed. Error: The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server."

Please reply ASAP.
