Ribbon changes not showing in higher environment

 had done some changes (hidden many of the buttons) to Ribbon through workbench and deployed into production CRM application as a managed solution.

Now we have some requirements where in we need to bring back some of the previously hidden ribbon buttons. We have unhided those ribbon buttons in Development application and created a managed solution. However when we deploy this solution in higher environment (testing/ preproduction), these ribbon changes are not reflecting.
